This workshop is a dedicated production line for cephalosporin sterile lyophilized powder for injection. Currently, the main products include Latamoxef Sodium for Injection and Flomoxef Sodium for Injection. 

The workshop has a very high degree of automation, equipped with automatic feeding and discharge system, CIP online cleaning station, automatic light inspection machine, automatic packing machine and stacking robot and other automation systems. There are currently 3 freeze-dryers in the workshop, and the maximum production batch size of each freeze-dryer is 80,000 vials. If the lyophilization duration of a single batch does not exceed 60 hours and the 3 freeze-dryers are used in turn, 3 batches of lyophilized preparations with a batch size of 80,000 can be produced every 4 days on average (240,000 vials are produced in a total of 4 days, and about 1.8 million vials are produced per month); when the lyophilization duration of a single batch is prolonged, the corresponding production batches are reduced and the monthly yield is relatively reduced.
